The Issue of Transparency Under the Framework of China-US Strategic Stability

To further enhance China-US strategic stability in the context of a new model of bilateral relationship featuring “no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect and mutual beneficial cooperation”, it is desirable to analyze the perspectives of transparency of the two sides, so as to properly handle this issue and add positive elements to China-US strategic stability, which constitutes an important part of overall China-US relationship.
